All of products sold on the Skylite Communications are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice, subject to the following conditions.

Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund. Opened items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with the same type only. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. Defective items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued. Except as expressly stated herein, Skylite Communications makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Skylite Communications web site(s). Except as expressly stated herein, Skylite Communications expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Skylite Communications arising from any product sold on Skylite Communications web site(s) shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Skylite Communications, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the unlikely event that an order is charged and not successfully delivered, we require notification in writing (email is acceptable) in order to help resolve the problem. If you do not receive a response within five business days, please send a second email AND phone us at 408-934-9349. Please allow us fourteen business days to research, respond and resolve disputes from the day we confirm, in writing, receipt of your confirmation. Any and all bank fees resulting from contested/disputed credit card charges will be charged back to the customer if the aforementioned dispute resolution process has not been followed.
