Shipping Policy: 

All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs of placement. 99% of our shipments placed before process and ship the same day. We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Orders will normally be sent via UPS/USPS, with the exception of deliveries to PO box addresses, which will be shipped via standard USPS. No express service is available to PO boxes.

We use USPS or UPS to ship your packages depending on shipping addresses and items. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately at no extra charge to you in order to expedite deliver

This policy is only for shipping in USA MAINLAND.

Free Shipping - in the United States on CERTAIN PRODUCTS (no minimum purchase required).

Expedited Shipping is also available. 

Return/Exchange Policy:

Most items purchased from 1000ftcables.com may be exchanged or returned within 15 business days from receiving items. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened and, therefore, made unsaleable.

Carefully package the unworn / unused items to be returned and enclose instructions (including a copy of your packing slip or invoice)

We recommend returns be sent either insured or with delivery confirmation. Credits will be issued within 15 days of receipt of item(s). A $5.00 processing fee per item is applied to all returns (this fee does not apply for exchanges).

Holiday Return Policy:

Christmas Return / Exchange Policy from November 11 to December 15 - You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached by January 15 - with a copy of your invoice - for a full merchandise refund or exchange, extended Return Policy will apply to the Valentine's Day.
