Shipping Policy: 

All qualified orders received by 3:00 pm are processed and shipped on the same day with exceptions for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Local in-store pickups are available on Mondays – Fridays 9:00 am – 6:00 am Saturdays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Orders are usually shipped via USPS, UPS or Freight. No UPS and Freight services available for PO Boxes. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately in order to expedite delivery.

HI, AK and Puerto Rico shipping available. Please contact us for exact rate.

Promotional Free Shipping is available for a limited time for mainland USA only.

Return Policy:

Items purchased from 1000ftcables.com may be exchanged or returned within 15 business days upon receiving. The merchandise must be in new condition, unused and in its original packaging.  Please contact us to obtain a valid RMA before returning or exchanging. Credit will be applied within 15 days upon receipt of the returned products. Call Customer Support (408) 934-9349 to obtain an RMA.
