Q: How can I receive immediate assistance?

Q: How do I return a product?

Please enclose a copy of your order or your packing slip. Your RMA number is your order number. There is no need to call us to alert us to your return and get an RMA number.

Q: Do you accept purchase orders?

Ans: NO, we dont accept purchase orders, your order is shipped when we receive the payment in FULL

Q: How can I get a quote?

Ans: To build a quote, place all the items you want quoted in your shopping cart.  In the shopping cart click the "quote" button.  Fill out your personal information and click continue.  The website will automatically send an email to the address provided.  Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Q: How do I track my order?

Ans: To track your order you can login into your account by click "My Account" on the homepage and click order history.  Or you can click "Tracking" on the homepage and enter your email address and order number.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Ans: Please note: Customers are responsible for all tariffs, taxes, or duties that are assessed by the United States or the country of shipment.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

Ans: Yes, local pickup is available in our Chesterfield, Missouri headquarters.  Simply select "Customer Pick-UP" as your shipping option.  There are no shipping charges and your order will be waiting in will call.
